Ethos Staffing LLC Ethos Staffing LLC is a privately held, female, minority owned small business formed under the laws of Mississippi Limited Liability Corporations and located in The Innovation Center at Biloxi, Mississippi. The owners, Mary Ellen and Joseph “Joby” Landry, have over 40 years combined experience in human resources. They are well established in the community and have extensive knowledge and experience in the staffing industry.
Ethos is the fundamental and distinctive character of a group, social context, or period of time, typically expressed in attitudes, habits, and beliefs. Our ethos can be described in terms of “Keys to Success” found on the employer page.
We believe we are in a very promising position to provide skilled, talented employees to businesses all along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and throughout the state of Mississippi. Our personal experience and robust use of staffing vendor tools act as workforce multipliers to ensure we place the right candidate in each job order and serve to catapult Ethos beyond the other staffing competition. Ethos Staffing is engaged in providing prequalified professional, technical and clerical talent to companies in need of direct hire, temporary and temp-to-hire placement services. Employee candidates are screened and prequalified so that only the highest caliber talent is assigned to fill client vacancies. We use state of the art staffing technology during our recruiting, training and skills testing processes.
We conduct needs assessment surveys to determine client requirements; and satisfaction surveys for both, our clients and employees, throughout the business process to measure quality of service and satisfaction. We believe conducting these surveys build trusting and long lasting relationships. |
