At Ethos Staffing, we believe the high level of customer service we offer our clients is one of the main reasons for the rapid growth of our firm. Our core philosophy is to consider each staffing opportunity as an audition for our clients. Our success depends on our ability not only to provide the best candidates at the lowest price, but create a confidence within our client that assures them that their staffing needs will be met with accurate precision.
One of our ideals is that we are only as good as our last employee placement. You may rest assured that when Ethos Staffing finds an employee for you, they will be well qualified for the position. This is because each applicant steps through our selection process which includes pre-screening, an interview, skills testing, employment verification and placement. Only candidates who successfully complete the first four steps of our process will be considered for placement with your company.
Direct Hire
Ethos Staffing LLC offers a highly competitive fee structure for direct hire appointments. Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidates’ first year base salary. The percentage will vary based on the level of salary offered and the value of the person being considered for hire.
Temporary Appointment
Fluctuating needs is one of the primary reasons for using temporary workers. Ethos Staffing LLC spares every client the time, effort and expense of locating, hiring and training employees who will be there for only a limited number of weeks or months. Below are few other reasons why you may want to use temporary employees:
Employees already trained in specific occupations can be used to cover critical vacancies until the company can successfully recruit to fill the vacancy. These trained individuals can also be used to cover vacancies due to illnesses, vacations and leaves of absence. Most of our temps come already trained in the basics for the job and at times may require only a minimal orientation.
A couple of other key reasons for using temps are a shortage of adequate staff and the difficulty experienced in recruiting critically needed personnel.
Although the client pays a fee, the rate paid for a temp includes the person's pay and benefits. This alternative can be more economical than paying overtime premiums to regular staff to cover a short-term need. It's not necessary to be concerned with the details of payroll and benefits; in fact, an entire crew of temporaries can be covered by a single payment every week.
Temp-to-Hire
Ethos Staffing LLC also offers a highly competitive fee structure for temp-to-hire appointments. Temp-to-hire takes the best of temporary staffing and the best of direct hire staffing and blends them together. If you are unsure whether your company will need someone long term or short term, or if you simply wish to try out a new employee before making a commitment, temp-to-hire staffing may be right for you.
In a temp-to-hire agreement, the client makes arrangements with Ethos Staffing LLC to employ one of our temporary employees for a specified period prior to converting the employee to the clients permanent hire payroll. The client may convert the temporary employee to their permanent hire payroll prior to the waiting period if arrangements are made between Ethos Staffing LLC and the client to recover the cost of recruiting, screening, orientation and replacement costs.
Additional Services
Drug Test and Background Check – Ethos Staffing offers drug testing of selected candidates when requested by the client and prior to the start of employment. We teamed up with a local drug testing provider to offer complete and accurate results in minimal time. In addition, Ethos Staffing has the capability to request a thorough background check that typically takes less than 24 hours. Both of these services are offered to our clients for a nominal fee depending on the type of drug test or background check requested.
